Heat Shroud and 406 ELT

 The heat shroud is here and in the box as is the ELT.  I had a look at what is required to fix the heat shroud and decided to let that site for warmer weather.  Same for the ELT.  Everything is there and correct but there is no urgency to getting this done in -25 degree weather.
