Surefly Electronic Ignition

I just recently learned about Surefly and their upcoming electronic ignition system for certified aircraft.  These are already operating in experimental service.  I've been considering EI for a while, but the fuel savings did not justify the expense. 
Given this product's price it seems like a completely obvious choice if a magneto dies.
