VATSIM

 Based on a COPA meeting I have discovered that a person can work with other simulation enthusiasts (including people who  want to be ATC) to fly simulators following current IFR procedures.  So far I have created my login and passed the first quiz.  93% in 2.5 minutes so that is decent.  It helps to have the basic aviation knowledge in the first place.
