Fuel Selector for Twin Comanche

 I've volunteered work on sourcing a replacement fuel selector valve for the twin Comanche.  So far I have received a sample used one from our president.  The plan is to:

 - disassemble, measure, and prepare drawings of the existing valve,

 - collate and review existing measures to provide alternatives,

 - prepare a specifications, and

 - contact vendors
